JWGS Associates has an award-winning track record in conservation architecture, heritage regeneration, listed building conservation and residential design. Led by James Sanderson, an RIAS-accredited Architect in Conservation with over 30 years of experience, the practice is recognised for delivering sensitive, high-quality architectural solutions for historic buildings, heritage assets and contemporary developments across Scotland and the UK.

The practice has received the Institute of Historic Building Conservation (IHBC) North West Region Conservation Award, a Commendation from the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) for Excellence in Planning for Communities, and multiple industry awards, including Best Luxury Residential Development Project (Scotland) from Build Magazine.
